Founding Director of Agilyx and Chief Executive Officer

A seasoned finance, legal and strategy professional, John has a passion for transforming organisations using technology and human capital to drive change and improvement. Starting his career in chartered accounting, John worked in many senior financial, legal and strategic advisory roles across Australia, UK and Asia.

As a founder of Agilyx, he developed the business on the belief that Australian organisations needed greater choices in business solutions – ones that enable them to address change quickly, efficiently and cost-effectively while delivering real performance improvements. As the CEO, he continues to be passionate about making a real difference in the world, delivering industry-leading services and solutions to the organisations we work with.

Founding Director of Agilyx and Chief Solution Architect

With a mastery of Unit4 Business World, Chris is dedicated to ensuring that organisations can unlock the greatest benefits from the software. Working with Unit4 Business World for over 15 years, Chris is our resident solution expert and has a comprehensive knowledge of Business World’s flexible architecture.

Chris’ extensive product knowledge, insights and industry expertise has enabled him to successfully manage complex implementations in Europe, North America and Australia, as well as working closely with Business World’s R&D labs. As a Founding Director of Agilyx, he continues to use his innovative approach in business analysis to deliver innovative customer solutions across the globe.

Chief Technology Officer

As the Chief Technology Officer at Agilyx, Tim is responsible for managing our Customer Support and Technical Services Team in Sydney. With over 20 years’ experience in technology delivery environments, Tim has held roles ranging from implementation consulting, training, and support management.

His experience as both recipient and provider of support services gives him a unique perspective into the needs and challenges of our customers, encouraging his team of think outside the box and focus on delivering personal solutions for the organisations we work with.

Chief Operating Officer

Tom became Agilyx’s COO in 2019  after having spearheaded the launch and rapid growth of Agilyx within Asia in 2017. Tom is in charge of Agilyx’s growth through diversification and of driving operational excellence across our group of companies. Prior to joining Agilyx, he worked for Unit4 Corporate as VP International Business Development, establishing the Unit4 organisation and brand in new territories.

Tom brings a great deal of international experience in technology, consulting, people management and strategic business development to Agilyx Asia and now formally to the global team as COO.

Managing Director of Agilyx New Zealand

In 2012, Tim led the group’s first international expansion with the establishment of Agilyx New Zealand, where he now serves as Managing Director.

As a qualified accountant (CGMA) with a background in public sector finance, business analysis and systems solutions consulting, and over 20 years’ experience with Unit4 Business World, Tim has a strong track record of turning vision and desired outcomes into innovative solutions and delivered results.

In his current role, his focus is on building and leading a high performing team to deliver robust business transformations to organisations and supporting the customer experience at all stages of the relationship.

President of North America Operations

Having launched the Agilyx North American expansion in 2016, Shelley leads as the President of North American Operations. Before joining Agilyx, she was the CEO of Unit4 North America and led her team through significant organisational growth.

With over 25 years’ experience in the Information Technology industry, Shelley has covered all aspects of software delivery, from being a software developer and designer, to Director of Development, VP of Operations and CEO.

Managing Director of Agilyx Asia

Jacline Koh joined Agilyx Asia as a Sale Director in January 2019. Early after that, she was promoted to Agilyx Asia Managing Director.  With more than 10 years of experience in Sales, Jacline brings a deep understanding of customer relationships and is excited to leverage innovative business models and disruptive technologies to improve Agilyx’s business cycles in the Asian region.

Jacline comes to us from Atos where, as Director of Strategic Partnerships and Business Development, she developed strong, dynamic partnerships with customers and executed strategic plans to deliver the best outcomes possible for them.

Managing Director of Agilyx UK

A founder of Williams Woodward Limited in early 2006, Andrea is now the Managing Director of Agilyx UK. Having developed the current Agilyx UK business over the past 12 years, Andrea continues to lead Agilyx UK to provide an open and honest approach to delivering the best ERP solutions and consultancy services to our customers.

Andrea takes responsibility and makes decisions with an ability to view the big picture and assess the wider organisational impacts. A natural leader who possesses excellent management and communication skills, Andrea helps to motivate others and get the best out of individuals and groups.

As a qualified accountant (CFPA) with over 25 years of experience in the commercial, public and business software industries, Andrea has a proven track record of successfully delivering large and complex IT software projects on time and to budget. Andrea and her team work closely with customers to develop long-term relationships and ensure that the customer experience is reflected in our project delivery structures.

Global Markting Manager

Beatriz is the Global Marketing Manager at Agilyx Group. She has a Bachelor of Journalism and a Masters in Marketing Communications. Beatriz holds 10 years of communications and marketing experience; during this time she has worked in Spain and United Kingdom.

Beatriz is very passionate about content marketing, planning and delivering campaigns, events management, and delivering ROI through traditional and online marketing strategies.

Practice Lead, Agilyx Workforce Management

As Practice Lead of Agilyx’s Workforce Management practice, Alister is the first point of contact for our Workforce Manager (WFM) product. An enterprise level workforce management solution, WFM engages and empowers employees with the perfect balance of automation, intelligence and usability.

Alister has a storied career as a project management, leadership, management, business analysis and design professional, developed through over ten years in government and professional consulting services sectors. He prides himself on his ability to foster an environment where all stakeholders are mutually and equally encouraged and incentivised to deliver a high-quality outcome.

Global Sales Director

Sean is an experienced global sales director responsible for building and leading sales and account management functions while developing the global market for the Agilyx product and service suites. He draws on his sales experience delivering and understanding complex software solutions for clients in a variety of industries.

Having worked in a variety of technology and consulting businesses, a thoughtful approach to customer interactions is of utmost importance to Sean, who is dedicated to ensuring best-in-class solutions are delivered to meet and exceed customer expectations.

Information Security Manager

Tatum joined Agilyx in 2018 and she is Agilyx’s Information Security Manager. She is responsible for Agilyx’s data security and compliance.

Tatum has a strong background in information technology with a clear understanding of the challenges of information security.  She has excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and fix security risks. The ability to build understanding and awareness of security issues throughout the organization and actively develop security solutions in collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders relationships.

Group Corporate Counsel

Tyler Wright acts for the Agilyx Group of companies as its Group Corporate Counsel. Before his admission to the legal profession, Tyler had a brief career in technology sales and in web design, development and consulting.

Informed by his real-world experiences in technology business, Tyler was admitted to the legal profession in Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia and has subsequently practised across a broad range of civil practice areas in Australia and internationally.

Although Tyler’s practicing experience includes commercial property, litigation, taxation, intellectual property and family law, he now has an exclusive focus on advising on and negotiating technology services agreements and advising on matters concerning technology professional services business.

Tyler has a particular interest in major technology transformation projects, such as those which the Agilyx Group leads as part of its core professional services offering. Tyler has global responsibility for the Agilyx Group’s compliance strategy, documentation of its customer and subcontractor engagements and providing general legal advice to its executives and corporate officers.

Global Director of Operations

Matthew is our Global Director of Operations, responsible for looking after the internal workings of the Agilyx Group including Risk Management, Regulatory Compliance, Health and Safety, Human Resources and Finance. He is in charge of Data Protection and is our Asia-Pacific Privacy Officer and Data Protection Manager for European Operations.

Matthew is also responsible for our Environmental Management System ensuring that Agilyx operates sustainably to mitigate our impact on our natural resources. Our Enviro-Mark Diamond certification, exceeding ISO14001 standards, in our New Zealand office is a testament to our commitment to the environment.

Matthew works across the organisation driving business improvement projects and assisted with the establishment of our North American, Asian and UK offices. Motivating and encouraging the team with his energy and enthusiasm, Matthew is passionate about the inner workings of the business and enjoys solving problems and fine-tuning operations.

Director of Development

Jack is a IM/IT professional with over 16 years’ experience in the industry. Having worked exclusively with Unit4 Business World for over a decade, he has built customised projects in a variety of applications for a range of customers.

Along with his extensive background in software development, Jack has hands-on experience in application and project development, business and technical analysis, and systems management. He also excels in project leadership and thrives on managing and mentoring large teams.
